I was born in Paris. My youngest daughter, Clara, who sings on several tracks, was born in Manhattan. We are both French-American.

We lived just steps from Central Park, in the rhythm of walks, children’s games, and those quiet joys that leave a lasting mark.

Then the children took flight. In my own way, I followed, through music.

Some songs exist in both languages, others in only one. They speak of longing, of wounds, of absence, and sometimes of light.

If one of them stays with you for a moment, then it will have found its reason for being.

All the songs on these albums are written by Jensc. They were recorded in his Manhattan studio, then produced by Erick Benzi in his own studio in Bois-Colombes, France.

Nous avons vécu tout près de Central Park, au rythme des promenades, des jeux d’enfants et de ces joies discrètes qui laissent une trace durable.

Puis les enfants ont pris leur envol. J’ai suivi le mien, à ma manière : en musique.

Certaines chansons existent dans les deux langues, d’autres dans une seule. Elles disent les élans, les blessures, les absences, et parfois la lumière.

Si l’une d’elles vous accompagne un instant, alors elle aura trouvé sa raison d’être.
